Lighting in my hall way quit working within a month of me moving in, that was fixed quickly however. Then the lighting in my unit went out..I've tried multiple known good bulbs, so it's the socket. I let all that slide until I went by yesterday and found the AC unit not running and it over 90 degrees in the building.
