This is one of the best storage units I've ever had i really like the courtesy calls and reminders it definitely keeps you aware of payments and any issues
Clean facility. At first I loved being there. Three Climate control units is what I rented. They suck you in with an awesome inexpensive price per month, then start going up in price every 3 months. There were issues with the a/c unit not working in the hallway where my daughters two units are located in and they failed to call her to tell her that the a/c was not working for an entire month! Sonnet was fantastic!!! I had an issue with my online reservation, she called while I was on my way to the facility and made me an appointment. At my appointment with her, she helped me get everything squared away, helped me Download the app and get logged in, and showed me the features. She was extremely helpful, and I cannot praise her enough!!!
Friendly fast service. Dude was very helpful.
Mr Blake was a wonderful help with my storage. He answered all my questions and helped me with my auto pay, my insurance and everything. That man really knows his job, very nice and helpful person. Please do not lose him as an employee. That would be a mistake.
