If I could give ZERO stars I would. A while back we had a problem with rats and we were moved to the front of the storage unit. A lot of our stuff was destroyed. Had to throw out a lot. Now that we have moved into our apartment and taking things out of storage, we are still continuing to see rat droppings in our belongings. We threw out everything that had rat droppings on it last time. It's frustrating because we have to replace items that we lost and needed. Enjoying my Storage time with Miss Shela she is the greatest. She’s always on time when I’m there. I don’t have to search for her when it’s time to pay my bill and she always is so pleasant just love her. She deserves more than five stars. 10 out of 10!!!!!!!!
