I had a great experience here, Scott was very helpful in getting me the best price for a unit and gave exceptional customer service. Definitely rent from this public storage location
In store staff are great but the owners keep raising my rent every 6 months. when I first rented here unpaid less than 200 a month. Now they wanted to charge 405 a month for a locker on the 3rd floor. I ended up renting a locker on the 1st floor for less than 200 a month. They don't want long term renters they will just keep raising your rent. I'm disabled and can't afford a moving company to move everything to a different business so I'm stuck.
