So much better now that the construction is nearing an end. Access through the app now works consistently. Having carts available is a big help.
Kent, while exiting the parking lot (still wearing in his public storage uniform and name tag), tried to drive my husband off the road. Stopped blocked his path, tried to punch out our car window, and told my husband that he was going to put him in the hospital. Is this the quality of employees you hire and retain? Management has not reached back out to me. I’m appalled.
