This facility is great. Very clean.
The manager stole something out of my locker. He admitted to taking it as well. I could have beaten him for doing that, under Texas law. Instead, I think I'll take the civil lawsuit route.
I cannot access to my unit during my access hour. I came around 7:40 PM on 8/16/2025 (the access hour of this store is 6am-9pm every day). The front door was broken for a while and the exit door is the only way to get in and out during the access hour. However, when I came on that day the back door was closed too. I didn’t receive any email or any notification about this change. I would give this one zero star or even minus one if google have it. This is unacceptable
Nightmare experience. The gate is constantly broken. Now the facility has flooded, most likely due to people breaking and entering the facility, and we cannot access the facility to check for damages due to the flood they had in the facility the weekend of Aug. 9th. I’ll never rent here again. It’s not the workers’ fault, but we can’t get to our property! I’ve called multiple times, and all I got was an email about my unit receiving water damage.
Pro: Clean and secure Con: no one is in the office, only 4 parking spots for loading or unloading, if its busy you can get stuck in the parking area until others are done, if I need to store something again I'll be using another location
