This place is a scam. They increase rent from 78$ to 290 in a year. No one is ever in the office.
The two older gentlemen managing this location consistently come across as unfriendly and unapproachable. In multiple interactions, both with myself and others, their behavior has been unprofessional and, most times, openly hostile toward customers. In addition to poor customer service, the facility itself is concerning. The security door has been broken for over two months, leaving the entire premises unsecured. This location is NOT climate controlled. No matter what the website says, it is NOT climate controlled. My rent on one unit doubled in 1 month. I have issues every single time I have to speak to anyone with Public Storage. A couple of the guys that work here are unscrupulous. Just be careful at this location. I would recommend a different company altogether.☹️👎
