Scott was a huge help. We had a great experience renting a unit and moving in.
Renting the space online was pretty easy...However, once I showed up to begin moving my stuff in, there was NO equipment available to help get things up to the 4th floor. Nothing was mentioned online about not having a cart or any other equipment to help. They use to have carts outside the elevators, if o would've known they took them away I would've rented elsewhere. Very inconvenient to have to make so many trips.
