Kailey was wonderful! I only came in to the facility to see about getting storage! But she was so efficient that I rented a unit on the spot. She was polite and knowledgeable that I was happy to do business with Public Storage because of her!

Kailey, Scott, and Tyler have been very helpful since I moved to their 1093 location. Tyler made my move in easy and painless (after reps at the call center messed up my initial rental). Then recently I had to move to a new unit due to the overpowering smell of mothballs coming from a neighboring unit. It was starting to make my stuff in storage stink. Kailey & Scott helped me with the paperwork and all went smoothly. Really appreciate their willingness to address the situation and efficient work. No more mothballs! Thanks!
