Nothing against the people at the facility, they have been great to work with. I was a long time renter and my unit rent nearly doubled out of the blue. Request for reduction denied. Terrible practice when there is a brand new facility 50 yards away charging less than half. Moved out on the 12th and can’t even get a prorated refund?? Terrible practices, Public Storage corporate.
Even did a great job renting me my unit. I didn’t even have to come to the office he did everything over the phone.
