Avoid this place like the plague! We had out stuff stored there for nearly 2 years. They almost doubled our bill with zero notice. The staff were rude and condescending. EVERY SIINGLE TIME I WENT THERE I WAITED AT LEAST 30 MINUTES FOR A CART! As is true for many storage facilities, this one arbitrarily increases your rent at any point in time. Over a one year period it was raised twice for a total of a 65% increase. It is an unconscionable practice where clients paid hundreds of dollars to move their possessions into a storage and then are held hostage by these unprincipled companies. They know the cost of changing facilities is high and have you at their mercy (of which there is none).

Josh and Isabel were very nice they had a very professional disposition help me through this whole process and I really appreciate them. I will continue to give rave reviews for this company because they're doing such a great job you need more people like them in your organization.
