I’ve had a space at this location for a while and the main thing that sets this place apart from other locations is the woman in the main office, Isabel. She makes the place feel welcoming and she’s always helpful!
Isabel is a HUGE help at this location! We are so grateful to her and all her help. It would be a different place without her!
I encountered an issue and was lucky enough to secure help from Isabel, who exhibited respect, kindness, and successfully aided me in resolving the matter, leading me to endorse her services for similar difficulties.
This place is a scam!!! Beware! All the positive reviews are AI bots. Please do yourself a favor and find all the reviews of theft within this building. Over 20 reports of theft. I was going to rent here and canceled once I saw all the horrifying stories of theft in the building. I never moved in and I am not being refunded for my reservation. They stole money from me and customer service refuses to help. Please use another company like Extra Space Storage or 303 Self Storage! This place is a scam!!
