Ended up getting locked out of the elevator whole my storage unit was still open and had stuff still in the entryway after already returning the truck rental. So I had to leave all my stuff out and leave. But when I tried to leave the exit gate was locked and neither the app nor my code would open it. I am so disappointed with this company. I went from renting a storage unit for $108 / mo for them to raise the prices several times over a course of a year now paying $250 / mo. Absolutely ridiculous pricing. Going to the competitor guaranteed no price hikes let alone several price hikes within a matter of months. I would not go with this company.
