Will rase your rates 155 dollars without notice. Will negotiate the price back down and when you pay the negotiated amount on time lock you out of the property saying you now owe 310 because you didn't pay the 790 dollars we originally asked for. Edit 5-13-2025 I moved out and made sure the unit was cleaned this store charged me another months rent and late fees. The only downside here is that you can easily talk to Rick for hours and lose track of time. Extremely pleasant staff, and great options for outdoor drive up and indoor drive in as well!
