The absolute worst. Poor customer service, continually raising rates, if you try to leave at 9:01pm you’ll be LOCKED IN and there’s no signs or warnings. No after hours line to speak to a human- just some automated crap. Use Stortropolis down the street they are a million times better and don’t lock you in.
Rick was very excellent and professional over the phone. He was very clear with instructions and the process of renting out a unit.
Rick is the man. Got me taken care of very quick. Had to go back 6 months later and Rick and Austin are both really awesome!
