The units are clean and the facility is easy to navigate. Francisco was very helpful and made the process of upgrading to a larger unit a breeze.
Deceptive business practices and terrible customer service. They will increase your rent with no notice and purposely make it impossible to talk to a person to help with account issues. I cancelled and I suggest you do the same before they try to rob you blind too.
I have 2 storage units and ever time I go the hallways, elevator, and parking lot are well maintained. If there's an issue, I let them know and it is taken care of. You have a great manager, Connie, and staff. Thank you .
Our experience with Public Storage has been really pleasant. Everyone has been kind and helpful in answering our questions. The space is clean and we like that it has climate control. We wouldn't hesitate to use them again in the future.
