Connie at the 1042 S Parker Rd location was extremely polite and helpful when I was there today, August 12th. It was my first time renting storage space anywhere and Connie took me to my unit and fully explained everything and how it works. I first went to Public Storage at 5080 Leetsdale and was told that the elevator there is currently not working and only stairs available for access.
