Terrible experience. This location is nothing but headaches. They have rat problems. Ruined some of my stuff. The carts are always broken or missing. When something breaks and you report it, they take weeks if not months to fix. People leave the doors open all the time and no one is there to close them. Unacceptable service for the high prices. Just unpleasant experience. Update: We moved out now.
They will charge you for a unit you moved out of months prior and than charge a hidden late fee before sending it to a collection agency. If you move out get acknowledgement in writing about moving out and unit condition from whoever is on staff to cover yourself because they will attempt to rob you.
Had unit here for couple months, no issues service was amazing.
This has been the best experience. The staff is friendly and helpful. Especially Tiffany, she has been the reason I will recommend this storage unit to everyone. Thankyou Tiffany for everything! Your the best!
I came back on Nov 22 to move out of one unit and into a new one. During the move I spilled beads and Theresa came over to help me sweep them up and while I was waiting for her to arrive I went to the app to process the move out and noticed that the unit I put on hold was not transferred by Zach last weekend like he had said it was and the key was not refunded either so Theresa brought me to the office and quickly and efficiently moved me out of the old unit and the one mistaking booked when submitting a hold, she was also a... read more
