I have to say I had another major storage issue at this property. I called customer service and left a message for the DM. Sam called me back that day. He was very empathetic to my situation and advised that he has spoken to Theresa about the issue and she will take care of me from there. I have experienced world- class customer service from Theresa. She showed empathy for my loss and went into problem solving mode from there. Terrible experience. This location is nothing but headaches. They have rat problems. Ruined some of my stuff. The carts are always broken or missing. When something breaks and you report it, they take weeks if not months to fix. People leave the doors open all the time and no one is there to close them. Unacceptable service for the high prices. Just unpleasant experience. Update: We moved out now.
