They changed the locks on my unit after verbally agreeing they would not. Too much automation not enough human assistance. --- Thank you, Mary, for all your help! You made my move-in a quick and easy, amd helped me out of a pinch. I highly recommend this location.
Taylor Johnson is spectacular. Every positive review I read prior to visiting the 8008 location was an understatement. Her professionalism is just the start. The effort she put into finding me a location either at her main building or at an equally convenient location just down the parkway resulted in a unit that is exactly what I needed in the middle of a move. Easy peasy great
Terrible experience. This location is nothing but headaches. They have rat problems. Ruined some of my stuff. The carts are always broken or missing. When something breaks and you report it, they take weeks if not months to fix. People leave the doors open all the time and no one is there to close them. Unacceptable service for the hight prices. Just unpleasant experience.
Overall great experience!!
