Excellent service and a great facility! I’ve used this storage multiple times and have always had a positive experience. They offer a variety of unit sizes, and you can often find good discounts available. The staff here have always been supportive, friendly, and helpful. It’s definitely a wonderful option for storage if you live in downtown Hamilton.
The rental experience was smooth , easy to access building and clean
No place is perfect but I think this is a solid storage facility. It seems clean. Had a few hiccups to start with the carts however it was quickly rectified. I may have to up my stars. I just started so I do want to wait until I have been here awhile. Staff are nice and quick to respond. No complaints so far.
Polite staff, washroom cleanliness and pricing are just a few things that separates this storage facility from the competition
