I had an excellent experience with Public Storage. The customer service was excellent thanks to Marika and Manu. They were incredibly helpful, patient, and took the time to explain everything clearly. The pricing is also very reasonable. I would highly recommend them to anyone in need of storage solutions.

Very happy with my experience renting a unit at Hess St N location of Public Storage. Staff were knowledgeable, friendly, very helpful. The rental process was easy and documentation was explained to me. The facility is clean and well lit. I had a great experience.
