The details of my own experiences at Public Storage on Hess St.. are far from a 5 star rating. 1) the locker ( 10x15) was my late father's. He passed Oct 31 2025. After a few months, I was finally ready to go through my dad's personal paperwork. ( this paperwork was not in the storage locler) in one of my father's notebooks, I found a detailed list of many items, attached to the list was a public storage insurance paper and terms of lease.
