Very unprofessional. Having to pay for a storage space but have yet to fix the elevator that’s been down for about 3 weeks and only has one throughout the whole entire building is just unacceptable . No way we pay every month but doesn’t even fix the elevator.
This facility is clean, but the management is inefficient. We missed one payment, contacted them to make arrangements to settle the debt within five days, which they agreed to. However, two days later, we received a notification stating that our belongings would be auctioned. Furthermore, they increased our rent without our knowledge
When I arrived Sandee was very warm and greeted with great courtesy & customer service. She definitely went above & beyond with getting me into my unit with swift precision & finite instructions. Thanks again Sandee‼️‼️
The gentleman at the counter made transferring units very easy.
