Great storage facility. Very pleased with staff, efficiency, cleanliness, and security.
Monica assisted me with a code access problem. She was diligent and she went above and beyond to resolve my issue. I highly reccomend Goose Creek Public Storage. Monica is a valuable asset with outstanding customer service skills.
I talked to management she explained what was going on, all I have to say is STOP STEALING THE CARTS!!! Also they have addressed every issue that we have had, thank you!!!
Monica is the greatest blessing that Public Storage has. She is the example of what a true top employee is. She was patience, she was kind, she helped me and my husband Patrick out a lot. I don’t won’t to deal with anyone else but her! This facility is also really nice, very clean and well kept!
