Terrible customer service. No one is ever at the front office, no one ever answers the phone either!!

This is a picture of my Uhaul in front of the Public Storage at 101 Prescott Way at 11:10 am on Sunday, February 9th. Another customer and I are trying to get into the front door and the keypad is not working. Calls to the manager went unanswered. We finally gave up and left. A manager returned my call later and had the audacity to suggest it didn't happen. Good luck playing Russian Roulette with the front door.
We visited Public Storage today to get a unit and Matt took great care of us!
Mrs rhonda was a very big help this past Sunday. She helped me with my bill pricing and I was just there dropping off some things ,I hadn't realized there was someone working the office on the weekends . Very thankfull
