The young lady Monica working there is absolute beautiful person. She was very helpful and went above and beyond for me. Couldn't recommend a better place and better person . Highly recommend
I was mistakenly locked out of my unit, and needed to get back in. There is no attendant at the front desk, which why have one of no one is going to be working. I’ve called numerous times with no answer and no one has contacted me about the lock on my unit. This is ridiculous and completely unprofessional and unacceptable
I'm a teacher who needed a space to hold my things over the summer while I was transferring between schools. This storage facility was great and convenient. The app makes things so much more smoother and accessible. Overall great experience.
Very Excellent customer service. Miss. Monica Clark is amazing she will get you taken care of!
Kim @ public storage on Prescott way, in goosecreek s.c. , is amazing. She is friendly, knowledgeable and will go out of her way to help in anyway she can. I highly recommend this place... and kim 🙂
