I just rented here in Goose Creek and Miss Monica is the bomb! She has helped me several times with my codes and also getting my elevator use straight. It’s easy to hit the button near where you type the access code and think it’s the elevator call but it is not. Monica always makes time for customers even if they arrive close to closing. I was one of those one day, too! My only issue (that scored 8 of 10 on my survey) was with a cart.
