My experience with Public Storage was perfect. I was able to safely keep my belongings here while I was away, and everything was just as I left it when I came back to move into my new place. A huge thank you to Ms. Val—she was amazing throughout the whole process. She was always so helpful to me and my friends whenever we were moving things in or out, and she would even offer us water, which was such a thoughtful gesture. She went above and beyond to make everything easy and stress-free. I highly recommend this location!

Valerie gave us the best customer service, she lowered our bill. Plus made multiple stops to make sure we were well hydrated and asked if my son wanted a otter pop. Thank you so much Valerie!!!

The place is clean, but four rate increases in a year and a half (not including the increase over the introductory rate) to over twice the original non-introductory rate is absurd. We'll be pulling our items out promptly as I suspect there will be yet another rate increase in the next few months.
