Lexi is truly the best ! She actually answers the phone hahaha and is very very helpful and kind ! She answered all my questions happily ! I feel so much better now with Lexi at the property :)
This is a great place. People that work there are very friendly had a small storage and then went to a bigger storage had no.\n Problems transferring at all.
This is a very simple business that should provide a very basic service; outside of that the level of professionalism dips down to zero on exit. I rented space for two months, and left at the beginning of the month on the third month. I was called by one of their staff and was informed that I would be getting a refund for the rental because I was leaving in the beginning of the month.
