Melonie was very pleasant and greeted me with a smile. 1st time meeting her at the Thornton Rd location.
Talked with Melonie at Thornton Rd (near the Homedepot) location and she was awesome! Very knowledgeable, pleasant, up beat, and answered all my questions, and showed me the units interested in without hesitation. Custom service was 10/10!!!

From my very first interaction with her, she was pleasant, courteous, and knowledgeable, and she greeted me with a smile. Kimberly answered all my questions, showed me around, and helped me make an informed decision. She even followed up with me the next day, just as she promised. Because of her professionalism, I ended up renting two storage units..
