Last year I signed up with public storage for a 9x4 It was $80. Now it's $131. that's an increase of 63.75%. When I put in my move out date, I received a call the next day from someone who was completely indifferent and only told me about the fee's associated with not meeting that moveout deadline.

I just came to the storage to start it was open and there was no person to attend not even a poster with notifications I called customer service and they transferred me 3 times I had to leave I just needed to buy boxes For me a bad service
The elevator on the right stopped working for 5 minutes yesterday, I had to scan things constantly, there was no parking available, and there were no dollies available for moving items into the storage unit.
