Girl in the office with braids has zero customer service skills. Almost never smiles, is rude and abrupt. My special needs friend moved her things out of storage today. After the storage unit was bone dry I asked for proof that we moved out. She said she couldn’t provide proof because the young ladies name wasn’t on the account.
