I posted and shared photos for some reason they didn’t post not a good place. There’s nobody to help you on site. You’ll never speak to a live agent and if you do, your call gets routed overseas. The local manager is nonexistent and you have homeless people in and out of the building I took pictures of this and posted, but for some reason they’re not showing up. I did almost a year in this one, even though they had a very helpful employee when I checked in, the rest of my experience with this particular public storage location was very disappointing, hot humid units with mice and roaches, the stench is unbearable a mix of dirty laundry and pee, not to mention dead rat smell every now and then, no carts to help you move, one elevator broke soon after I moved in and was never fixed, very busy at times since its location and waiting times for one elevator in the humid stench are long. ... read more

If I could I would give this place ZERO stars! I will never again in my life use public storage! If you read this take heed from someone who regrets ever having a storage here for a year! When I first started renting my unit price was 172 a few months later it went higher. By the time I gave up on this storage my unit was 281.00. Second red flag the elevators never worked! 3rd red flag they do not prorate rent at all! If you pay on the 1st and you move out on the third you will be paying for the entire month!
