When I first started renting at this location, my experience was fine. I was initially placed in Building A, but after a few months, I began noticing rat droppings inside my unit. Due to this issue, I requested to be moved to a different building and was relocated to Building E. I started with a rate of $67 for 10x10 unit. In about a year my rate had been jacked up to $166. Of course the introductory rate for a new lessor on the same unit is $59. If you lease a unit here or any Public Storage you should expect your rate to increase until it's unaffordable. These losers advertise a standard rate of $79. Completely false! What a scam!
