I’ve been calling and they have yet to contact me about all the rat droppings I have all around my unit. They ask for way too much money and still continue to go up to have this kind of problem. Pictures show no justice to what I found all over.
I had a great experience thanks to Shay! She was incredibly helpful and patient, taking the time to answer all of my questions and make sure I felt comfortable with everything. She even gave me a tour of the facility, which really helped me feel confident in choosing this location. Shay made the whole process easy and stress-free. Highly recommend working with her if you're looking for storage!
Shay was great with helping me get a unit that was more easier for me to access for my moving. Great Location .
I just moved in and I am highly concerned with the safety of this property, because there are no lights at night, It is extremely dark out there, and the back side where my unit is located is very forestry, lots of hidden spaces. Also, The front main door remained open the entire time I was there, it's either broken or stuck, in an open sliding state. Second time using this facility and no complaints at all. I met the property manager Shay and she explained everything throughly before I signed the agreement. I told her exactly for I was looking for and she showed me 3 different units (2 that I had in mind and 1 she recommended for my mom’s need). I indeed got the one she recommended and I am very pleased. Thanks again Shay
