I lost $6,000 worth of property damage at this facility due to RAT INFESTATION. I found both dead and ALIVE RATS in my boxes and bags. Not to mention all the rat feces and urine that RUINED ALL OF MY ITEMS. DO NOT BRING YOUR ITEMS HERE. Terrible customer service from the staff, head quarters AND INSURANCE company. Even if you purchase the insurance, THEY WILL NOT REIMBURSE more than $200. Due to “vermin” related damage. Horse shit. I promise you the reviews are accurate when it comes to all the complaints. I can’t see a single review with 5 stars being real. My experience has been frustrating. I got a unit and in less than 24 hours, I was already canceling it. Arrived on site the same the same day. First red flag was the needles and trash at the doors entrance to get inside the interior units. Rat poop. Broken glass. Urine. Blood. Trash literally everywhere before you even walk in. Every time I try to call they do not answer, when I go to the office no one opens the doors even when I see employees inside. An employee called my husband about our payment and we asked how much we owed and she said we owed $79, two weeks later we get a voicemail saying they’re going to auction our storage no later than the 28th of July and some how we now owe a little over $200. I have no clue why or how they can do this!!!
