I cleaned out my unit and swept it out and removed the lock, the manager was walking around the lot and said he would be sure to cancel me when he got back to the office. Here it is a month later and I’ve been charged again. It was not cancelled. I’m not local to that public storage anymore so I had to call. When I called, the phone number just kept revolving me through automated machines and not allowing me to talk to someone. I talked to AI Chat, and it just circled me around also. Jose purposely over locked my storage even though i was paid up to date. He even took my access code away for the second time when i came up there to get my belongings. People of denton please i repeat dont waist your time here. Poor customer service. They sold one of my units at auction even tho i was paying on it. Im going to have to file a law suit for all my stuff thats non replaceable.
