I hate to leave a negative review, but I’ve become pretty disappointed with Public Storage. The main issue is their price and price increases. If you are looking at long term storage solutions, look elsewhere. I’ve been a long time customer and the price for my storage space has creeped to the the point where it is over $450 per month. I spoke to the new site manager about the price increase and she told me there was nothing they could do to help. Well I really appreciate all the positive things and ratings from some of my customers thank you I am taking a retirement. I have nothing bad to say about the property I managed . I have really enjoyed the last few years in the Hampstead NH location. Yes there were some crazy people once in a while but I gave it my very best to make each and every customer feel welcomed. I will miss the Owners and some of the Public Storage people as well. Take care Good Bye and God Bless.
No one is ever at this location staff wise! My girlfriend and I have gone here Sunday 8/10/25 (around 4pm), Tuesday 8/12/25(around 2:30pm ish) and Wednesday 8/13/25 (3:30pm) and not one employee in sight! The customer service reps are also unhelpful and just telling us to visit during a time there’s a property manager here which there hasn’t been almost all week long. We just wanted to move things from one unit to another and needed help with the lock and were just told that we have until 6 to move our items to our new unit ... read more
