Gret experience, easy to access and unit was as described
Yesterday was my first trip to Public Storage in Hampstead. I didn’t know where my unit was but the manager, Eric, explained everything I needed to know! He also showed me where the rolling carts are! Eric was helpful, friendly, and professional!
THANK YOU ERIC and STEPHANIE!!!!! I have become very discouraged with lack of in person interaction for many services that really need it. My initial call to reserve a unit at this location (rte 111 NH) turned into an absolute nightmare; Lock on assigned unit. “Change” in price. Lack of on sight help during “business” hours. Unprofessional and unwilling to be helpful phone staff. After 3.5 hours, an employee, ERIC, arrived on sight and saved the day/night. I rented a unit online and had a reservation. Showed up to get the unit info, door was locked, and there was no sign on the door. Called the number on the door and was immediately transfered to corporate where I was on hold forever. Never did get through to someone on the phone. A man showed up from the grounds and grumpily said "do you have an appointment". Westated that we have a reservation.
