No one is ever at this location staff wise! My girlfriend and I have gone here Sunday 8/10/25 (around 4pm), Tuesday 8/12/25(around 2:30pm ish) and Wednesday 8/13/25 (3:30pm) and not one employee in sight! The customer service reps are also unhelpful and just telling us to visit during a time there’s a property manager here which there hasn’t been almost all week long. We just wanted to move things from one unit to another and needed help with the lock and were just told that we have until 6 to move our items to our new unit ... read more
I am nothing if not grateful to Karen the supervisor at public storage in Methuen! I lost my job and didn't know if I could keep paying for the unit I had. Karen took the time to work with me until we found a unit that could fit all my things within my price range. I have been a renter there for the past 2 years and I refuse to.go anywhere else!
This is a super negative review, but if I change it to one star, Dwayne loses out. Dwayne deserves a raise every single month, he deserves better than Public Storage. He is the sole reason I’m leaving this review. He gets 100 stars, public storage gets 0. Dwayne (site manager) is OUTSTANDING and he’s literally the *only* reason I stayed so long at the hampstead location. Dwayne has been kind enough to try to help me with the 30-50% rate hikes every 6 months (Blue Bird charges half as much for the same thing..and a free movin... read more
