smooth and easy experience, I reserved my unit online and once arrived to the facility. Staff was very friendly and helpful. It was a smooth and easy move into my unit. Plus, an affordable price.
This place is completely ridiculous. After you move in, they keep increasing the prices every three months, and eventually the rent goes far above even the regular non-discounted prices listed in their system.
I believe most of the positive reviews here are paid or fake reviews by the company, because none of the reviews mention any real local details. It feels like these are written by people who don’t actually live here. Also, this business keeps increasing the rent far above the original advertised storage price. On their website, the standard rate for this type of unit was listed as $69, but for the exact same storage unit I rented, they randomly increased the price every 3–4 months, and now I’m paying $88. I recently needed to increase the size of my unit. I stopped by and Anabell was a huge help, she was able to find me a unit close to my existing one to make the moving easy. All transactions were completed very smoothly.
I rarely leave reviews, but I absolutely had to for Anabel at Public Storage. From the moment I walked in, she was professional, patient, and genuinely kind. Moving and storage situations can be stressful, but she made the entire process smooth, easy, and actually pleasant.
