I give this a 1 because your customer service department is horrible. They didn’t want to help a customer, all they wanted was to charge me fees. Thank goodness for Danielle who works at our storage facility. If I owned a business I want employees like Danielle working for me. She was available for answering my questions and helping in any way she could. Thank you Danielle for turning a negative situation into a positive one. Somebody should give this lady a raise!!
