Rarely a staff member on site during business hours, so there's no way to access the locked restroom. I was charged a full month of rent for only 4 days of September despite giving advance move out notice. Price gouged after a couple months of using the unit as well, price went up $50/mo. without advance notice. "Climate controlled" but the building is humid and not very cool inside.
