I had a terrible experience with this Public Storage location. My rent was raised frequently and when it finally hit almost $200 for a 5x10 unit, I started looking elsewhere. I found the same sized unit in the area for $150 cheaper PER MONTH. I moved out of the unit on the 3rd of the month and was charged the ENTIRE MONTHLY RENT, even though I was only in the unit for 3 days. Called today and had pricing increase questions on my unit. Michael took the time to explain why the price increased on my unit. I simply appreciated the update and his professionalism in speaking with me over the phone. Great Job Michael, thank you.
