I just want to start by saying I appreciate Vanessa and all the hard work she does… I’m usually helping my mom put stuff if her unit and it’s almost everyday I would see Vanessa cleaning and making sure everything is in check, and she is always so helpful to my mom and my mom loves the Framingham location…. And if anyone is reading this the Framingham location is the best location if you want the best experience
The property manager Vanessa was awesome and helped me get through a technical issue with the website. She had a jovial attitude and was great to work with.
Thanks Venessa you’re the best when I got my unit I was going through so much and your smile and helpful soul. Gave me the Strength to do what needs to be done. The office and building is so clean and always ready to go Thanks Venessa we need more like you in the world.
Very disappointed with my experience. I returned my keys after my move out. The manager misplaced my keys and never moved me out of the system. The company proceeded to send my account to collections after charging an additional two months. Disorganized staff, though the facility itself is clean and convenient. Everything was smooth until the move out. A bad way to end a customer relationship.
