I wish I could leave negative stars!!!!!! The first time I paid late, I immediately paid the bill (including fees), but my unit was still locked. I called and was told they “forgot” to unlock it and would do it right away, yet days later it was still locked. I had to go in person and walk with staff to make sure it was actually opened. Mice poop everywhere, management didn’t offer any money back, just told me to call the insurance company. Don’t come here if you value your things. Additionally, when I moved out, the elevator next to my unit was broken, and the only other working elevator (much farther away)'s door was so slow to open / close, each time I was worried it was about to break.
This storage facility is clean, secure, and very well-maintained, which gave me total peace of mind for my belongings. The staff, Mr Saulmen, is incredibly friendly and helpful, making the whole process smooth and stress-free. I highly recommend this place to anyone in need of reliable storage—5 stars all the way!
