I rented a 5x7 storage unit for 6 months while I was out of state. The price was reasonable and the staff were always courteous — I appreciated that. However, when I returned to move out today, I was shocked to find a significant amount of rat feces and urine in the unit. I had to throw away many of my belongings, including personal and irreplaceable items. I never stored any food or anything that would attract rodents, so this was unexpected and extremely upsetting. I can't believe anyone is giving this facility anything more than 1 Star. I will upload the rodent violation shortly Team is nice, but I was not informed about mice infestation.Ruined carpets, clothing, mice urine as you can see from photos. I have not delved in deep into the unit. Need cleaning crew Negligence. Emergency moving Droppings and urines cover personal effects. AWFUL.
