I have a car at this storage. They put trash out of other people storage on the back of my car. I have reached out to the office several times and still haven't received a call back, and they will not answer my call.
Worse customer service ever! Manager is never at the rental office , never answers the phone, said she returned my voicemail which is a lie, can’t get in touch with the district manager at the number Vionda provided, I’ve left several messages. No return calls!! Ridiculous! Not to mention the storage should be climate controlled and it’s hot in there! My furniture smells like mildew, clothes has molded, and water on my bedroom furniture. DO NOT USE PUBLIC STORAGE!!!!
