I received a phone call from a very unprofessional associate at this location about a reservation that I had at one of their sister locations on highway 6. She stated that the location I had the reservation at does not have electricity and that the person that was supposed to meet me yesterday for the reservation left early to possibly go to a different location. The manager was incredible. She was sympathetic and compassion. He took the initiation and walked back to the storage to show me where my space was. She went over and beyond. While I was end up office there was another customer that came in that had told me that she was a wonderful person and to Only store with her, now I see why. I had a bad experience with public storage in the past there was nervous about going back to public storage, after this experience I'm glad I did

Vionda is amazing. Fantastic customer service. Clean and well maintained property. Recommend renting a unit with Vionda at this location.
