We ordered our space online. When we arrived with tired movers and a huge truck packed we could not access the gate. Once we got into the facility and drove to the space it wasn't the right size. The movers looked all over and found anouther facility right next to this one gated. Calling and calling public storage after a very long time they opened the gate. We went next door and unloaded. I went back, no gate access. When I need to leave it took 1 hour to get public to open the gate. BRADY in Roseville is the absolute worst... read more
