PS has fully renovated their approach to storage, super customer focused and friendly. Setup the unit rental, autopay etc. go there on your start day open gate with app, your unit will be ready and waiting with a lock and keys inside. 🤙🙌🏻
Difficult to reach them via phone. Customer service was poor when asking a simple question.
Clean, easy to use, but of course the rent jumps by more than 30% on the 4th month.
They are so helpful I'm in a bad situation I git the wrong size storage the lady there calmed me down and help me get the right size since I've never had one before and was so overwhelmed so I really appreciate it
Aundrea has been extremely helpful. She make the transfer super easy. Very clean place. Highly recommend.
