This place is unbelievable I trusted this lace with my things after a hard nine months just for them to steal my stuff out of my paid locker now granted a few time it almost went to auction but I saved it and from what I was told no one is to go in your unit just to take pictures well I’m missing quite a few items and they won’t look at the cameras because there is one right by my unit I believe they had something to do with it show the pictures from the auctions that you keep on file and I will show the pictures I just took... read more

Martha is absolutely the most professional and wholehearted person I’ve ever had to deal with while renting anything or doing anything in my day-to-day life. She is absolutely awesome and truly does care about customer service and the relationship whether it be with her clients and the company that she represents public storage is truly lucky to have Martha on their side
