My friend and I got a unit from Sonja she was kind and patient and showed us the property, how to use the keypad to enter, it was wonderful service for us.
If you don't want to be treated like a criminal or someone who is doing what they are not supposed to do then I don't recommend this place I am no trouble maker of any cause but the staff their always come to others and my unit number too getting into our personal space when I go downstairs to use the bathroom and get some water just like every person does they approach me like what are you doing here do you have e a unit and I keep telling them stop getting into my personal space I have done nothing illegal and I am making ... read more
Hisa was great help to me at the storage unit. I needed to downsize my unit and she checked out what I had and helped me find the perfect size I needed a few doors down!
Employee Sonja was very professional and considerate to my needs and questions on storage units , will definitely recommend public storage to anyone!
