Nice clean units. easy excess
Expensive, I have a 10x10 and pay 230 a month. Half the time the app doesn't connect to ioen the door. The other half of the time, the app doesn't even let me sign on.
We just moved our stuff to Public Storage from a competitor. From the start, Public Storage has been superior in every way. Fair pricing, easy sign-up and move-in process, and quick online chat feature (with a CS agent who was awesome!) The facility is clean, well lit, and the gates and unit door were all in proper working order. We purchased one of their locks and it's a GOOD one (not a cheap piece of junk).
