Tracy helped me come up with a plan for my storage space! She had advised me months ago, but I couldn't put it into action until I was off work for the Thanksgiving holiday. I managed to transfer storage units on the same floor, and everything worked out in my best interest. Thanks, Tracy!
Tracy was the most kind and helpful service representative at this location. I was unable to complete my reservation online at home, so i came in. Tracy was very welcoming and personable. She helped me complete my reservation, showed me my unit, and gave me some tips and tricks to optimize the most space from my unit.
