Made reservation on line. Gave me a space that was not accessible. No staff on grounds or via phone at 3:45 pm. The online reservation charged me for a lock automatically with NO option to op out. But there is no staff in the office to provide the lock. What a waste of time.
Miss Carolyn and Christian were absolutely amazing in helping me secure my new storage unit. They were so friendly, patient, and made the entire process easy and stress-free. I really appreciated their warm and welcoming service—it truly made a difference. The facility itself is clean, well-maintained, and most importantly, very secure. I feel confident and at ease knowing my belongings are stored at this location. Highly recommend this Public Storage!
