Rates are awful and they will double it without asking or telling you. Edit: Curtis (upper management) called to make things right and actually cares about the customer. Your rates are locked in for 6 months and then they WILL go up not MIGHT go up, and the confusion was because I started my unit on the last week of the month they counted it in my “6 month locked in rate”.
