The McDonough Public Storage location is very clean and the bathroom smells fresh. The short lady is nice most of the time and very helpful with information. My experience so far has been good.
I would not recommend renting a storage unit here. My unit had a serious rat infestation that damaged my belongings, and what made the experience even more frustrating was that management was already aware of the issue. Instead of addressing the problem or notifying customers, I was left to discover the damage myself. If management knows there is a pest problem, customers deserve to be informed and the issue should be resolved immediately. Very disappointing experience, and I wouldn’t trust storing my belongings here again.
Super easy, super fast, very reliable, 10 out of 10 would highly recommend!! Ms. Fefe was amazing and super sweet. Please go see her she is amazing and incredibly understanding.
