Terrible, my pricing changes every 3 months but i can now rent a new storage unit for half the price of what i am currently being charged. Public Storage customer service told me my contract wasnt long enough for them to help reduce the rate.. so i guess being with them for over 6 months isnt long enough for them to treat existing customers correctly. what is the point of a contract if the rate is going to change on a whim whenever they feel the market is changing... market changed so good i can get a bigger unit for $57.
