I would not recommend this storage facility to anyone storing a valuable vehicle. During heavy rain in Houston, the parking lot flooded badly enough that my limousine sustained significant water damage, costing me over $5,000 in repairs. A storage facility in this area should absolutely be prepared for the kind of rain and flooding Houston regularly experiences.
