Jessica at the 2101 Old Holzwarth Rd location was a pure joy to work with. She was very pleasant, informative and patient. I was seeking temporary accommodations, she was very thorough with explaining the process. My mind was distracted thinking of all the things I needed to take care of with two moves and needed her to repeat something she mentioned earlier, she was quite kind and patient. The facility was also convenient and clean as I opted for climate controlled storage. Thanks again Jessica for a Great experience Lisa H
