I don’t like how the system is setup where you call and there is an answering service. As well as having to schedule an appointment to get a storage lot. I mean what happened to more personable experiences when people that is in the actual office are able to answer the phone and give you the direct Information you need. I’ve called so many times already and haven’t spoken with anyone in the office yet, it’s been all day. How can you get business done like this. This place is terrible the manager lives on site is never in the office never answers the phone if you have any issues it's no one to help!
