UPDATE: I received a call from the manager Meagan. She was extremely kind and understanding, and I got a refund for my unused storage. I truly appreciate the efforts and work put in to assist me. Thank you so much! The stars are only for Jessica at the front desk. She is AMAZING and so personable. It was a joy working with her even in such a dire situation. This Public Storage facility is top notch. All the staff are extremely helpful and keep a very careful eye on the units. I never questioned if my unit and belongings were safe or not with all the walk through they did. DEFINITELY recommend.
Representative Meagan was outstanding!!! She went beyond to explain everything I need to know about storing my property here. Her customer service was top notch!!!
