I cannot wait to move my items from this horrible facility, it wasn’t always this bad but recently ive had an incredibly poor experience. you can clearly hear people living inside their units which causes so much discomfort because that is supposed to be prohibited. My mom has been paying for a small storage for years and they keep raising the price on here with no warning whatsoever. When you call they don’t have an option to talk to a real person so you have to go in. This is BS my mother is old and they keep doing this. My next step with be legal.
