I stopped in today to reserve a unit for my trailer, and Cici, the store manager, was extremely helpful and welcoming. Even though she doesn’t manage the location down the street, she went above and beyond to assist me with reserving a unit there as well. Her professionalism and willingness to help set a positive tone for my day, and I truly appreciated the excellent customer service.
