The young lady was very helpful and we appreciated the fact that they were open on sunday whereas most storage facilities are not.
Super friendly customer service and very organized
For me the location is near my place so it's good. The premise is very clean and well maintained. Looks very secure. The front desk is friendly and helpful. The only thing that needs improvement is the billing. The front desk was not upfront about a $25 admin fee and a monthly $8.00 insurance. The insurance was optional and I was not told that it was optional. I did not get a chance to opt out. If you will not mind those hidden charges, the place is good. I can recommend this facility to others.
