Miss Rachel gives the customer excellent treatment.
I needed a temporary place to store some items and this place was super close. Unfortunately there are roaches -- I didn't even store my items there after I saw. I pointed it out to the property manager and she was very dismissive. Also one time I came during posted business hours and the office was closed/locked.
Ms. Racheal was very unprofessional. Went inside to handle some paperwork and she was very rude. Racheal was very hostile and rude while I was just trying to handle business definitely felt un welcomed.
