Unresolved issue due to conflict of email sent from Public Storage. First attempt for resolution was message left for property manager who failed to even call me. Multiple calls to customer service asked for JASON HOSP to call he didn't until I sent him an email. His tone was condescending and he said he took care of my concerns yet email sent said I owe money next month. I sent him an email of concern and no response. Shannon services was great i really appreciate the customer service she provided.
Very clean facility. Easy in and out. 24 hour access. No having to wait for business hours. The ability to unload inside pit of the elements. Climate control seems to be pretty on point.

I have been have been here a year in July. The beginning was extremely rough elevator stay broken door stayed broken. There was no dollies for support management was rude. They changed Access hours whenever they felt like it. And go up on pay with no notice they’re currently under new management. I say the last two months or so, and it has improved drastically although the prices are still going up is extremely way better than it was before and I mean a night and day difference now I would recommend this location before hell... read more
