They just keep going up up and up on the prices for no reason at all....
The gate has been broken for more than 3 months. The ac barely works and there are never any carts. the price still goes up. How ban you charge your customer more when you are not even delivering service properly. The people onsite are nice and helpful when you can find them.
The app/website to pay your bill is absolutely awful. After about a year of having no problems with autopay being set up, it randomly turned off and I started missing payments. It still won’t let me set up autopay again and makes me pay the bill manually every month now. If I don’t pay the bill on the day it’s due, the next day I get angry and threatening phone calls from the staff saying they are going to cut my locks and take my stuff.
