The onsite customer service is awesome!! Chelsea and her team make me feel welcome each time I come through there. I had some issues with my unit and my rate and she worked through them, so thank you Chelsea :)!! Cons - it feels like the rate for the units change every week and sometimes the floors are hot leading one to wonder if the climate is actually "controlled" consistently. Finally, to everyone reading this, please leave the carts when you are finished. Some of us actually need them.
