We have had nothing but excellent customer service from the staff at all of the Ocala and Tallahassee locations that we have units in. In fact Ann at Hwy 484 in Ocala went out of her way to help reduce the rates on all 4 of our locations for the next 90 days! You go girl!!
Brandon and Manny helped resolve a situation with my unit. They were polite, professional, and resolved my problem quickly. Their efficiency was 2nd to none! THANK YOU for such wonderful customer service!
