Ben was excellent! Explained everything thoroughly and helped me feel comfortable about storing my belongings with them. The building is clean and very secured.

Scam artists!! Their sales page says "lock in this rate now" and they promise all these great benefits upfront like 'second month free' then they have you sign a variable rate contract where they jack the rates up by 30% after you've paid for the first two months. Contacted customer service (which is a nightmare) but they did keep my initial rate for 3 more months and warned me that it will be reassessed then. You can bet I'll be out by then!
