No stars...gate code access denied even though payment was received. Contacted property manager many times and no reply...called corporate for a refund and they say only refund available is lock refund of $20 out of $129 processing fee..scammers. dont rent out from here..never again..got scammed out of $100 because it a self storage place....messed up.
Raised my rate from 84 to 120 for a 5x10 unit after 6 months without explanation. Edit: rate has raised for the 4th time in 2 years to now 176 for a 5x10 unit. If you’re planning on renting a unit from here be prepared for regular increases from that great initial price, no explanation, just increases because they can.
