Lavonne at the Hamilton Ave, Cincinnati location was wonderful and assisted me in resolving my issue. Very pleasant and patient with customers.
Awesome except they forgot to to tell me Downsizing to smaller unit needed to be called transfer instead of new reservation so I paid whole September plus cost of new unit instead of allowing my old unit payment to roll into new unit cost.
