The Hamilton ave location has not been opened for a long period. Within the time frame of operation, 3 awesome employees are no longer employed. Marquilla, Tracey, and the woman that worked with Tracey. The turnover rate is very high. These employees know us by name and offered exemplary customer service. Your company also allegedly offers an appeal process for rate increases that seem to never work for paying local, loyal customers.
