Vivian has been a pleasure since Public Storage transitioned to Extra Space Storage. Recently I had the pleasure of interacting with Kia, she was equally as helpful and patient as Vivian. I wish everyone who works in the office at this location would demonstrate their same level of care when it comes to customer service. Keep up the GREAT service ladies!
