I just met the new owners today, her name is Felicia. She addressed all my needs and is very friendly. I really like the new take over!
This storage recently changed management and it has been a night and day difference, people are on site and able to help with questions. Felicia and James have been quick to respond and have done everything they can do to communicate with us about the management changes.
I’ve had a great experience with this storage facility, especially since the new management took over. Felicia and James are amazing both are very friendly, professional, and always willing to help. You can really tell they care about the customers and keeping the property well maintained. The whole place feels more organized and welcoming now. I definitely recommend this storage company if you’re looking for a reliable place with great management!
Any bad review you see for the old storage facility that was here is null and voided. new owners just took over and they're amazing Felicia has gone above and beyond to make sure all my needs were met and I'd never use another storage besides this one! 6 stars
New manager is very short and rude. If you want customer service I would recommend to not use the Store Storage. Also a little odd they have a little over 140 reviews in about 2 weeks of taking over.
