Vickie has the best customer service! When looking into storage unit options, I am in awe of the professionalism, friendliness, care, and love Vickie puts into her job, her renters, and the cleanliness of her facility. I did an online estimate, shopping around. SHE followed up within a few minutes by phone and had me sold in seconds. I hope her higher ups read the reviews and sing her praises from the rooftops. SHE is the reason I chose Public Storage!
Vicki has been such a great person to deal with. She has been very helpful and knowledgeable about the units and products. My husband and I really enjoy her company when we visit our storage units.
Haven’t rented a storage unit before until June, so don’t know a lot about the process and pricing…. But I can say that Vickie is awesome! She has helped us out with different things.. they are lucky to have someone that really cares about her customers!!
