Convenient location, easy access, fair pricing and excellent service. Kathy is the best, friendly, helpful and made sure when we had a little big issue to take care of it immediately.
What a nightmare this was. The app never works to open the gate, for starters. Whatever you do, do not accept space #139 because the lock does not work with the door. There's a problem with the door, not the lock itself. We were not the only ones having this problem, but how would they know because this place has no human interaction. We spent quite a bit of time inside the kiosk sweating because the AC doesn't work as we tried to work with a virtual assistant who was completely worthless at helping us. They make it so easy to get the storage space you need, and the manager on the property Kathy answered all of our questions and was very helpful and friendly. I highly recommend this place.
