Public Storage on Jackson Street in Houston is a wonderful facility. The property is clean, well lit, thoroughly maintained, and positioned in a great location! The reservation, registration, account set-up, move-in, and access process were all exceptional! I also really appreciate the app and the quality of information provided therein. I also value the level of communication provided by the staff, especially Ms. Kim! She is kind, funny, helpful, smart, and caring! She made every step of the process easy breezy!
Greetings Everyone! I was looking around for a storage for my College Student for a summer storage unit. I called Public Storage with Ms. Kim and the experience was an extraordinary. Ms. Kim walked me through the whole process over the phone it took less than 10 minutes and her warm demeanor and professionalism was Exceptional. A Wonderful Facility With A Property Manager Who Goes Above & Beyond The Call Of Duty. I Appreciate The Care & Accommodations Kim Made While I Rented My Unit At This Location. Kim Is An Individual That You Remember For Years & Years To Come. The Location Is Very Convenient, Nestled Within The Downtown Area & The Prices Were Reasonable. I Pray They Remain So.
