Irma was a HUGE help to my mom, Cathy, as she was trying to set up a new storage unit. Irma made sure we all knew where the unit was and how best to access it, helped with the lock(s), and made sure we were well taken care of. The storage itself is perfectly fine, and is pretty easy to get in and out of.
Excellent customer service. Both ladies were very accommodating and helpful especially Urma. I recommend this location 10/10 for service and quality.
The staff is great at this location Irma & Lillian are awesome always greet me with a smile and they are always willing to help with anything. You need a space come to public storage in Stamford you won’t regret. thank you guys
