The staff at the Stamford location was very courteous and professional. They consistently return my calls promptly.
Lillian's customer service is amazing. It is truly rare you see true customer care these days. It wasn't even the service she gave me, but I couldn't help but praise her after witnessing her interaction with another customer. I went in to address a concern that I had on my own unit. This facility is Managed by Joe. Joe is extremely helpful and professional with any issues or conveniences we come across in using their service. The pricing of the units may be a bit on the higher side than some of their peers , but in my opinion well worth it because of the professionalism and service led by Joe. Liliana is one of the daily managers as well and she is extremely courteous and very helpful
Hiked the rate up on me 40% AFTER JUST 3 months of payments. Manager called me first to offer a “smaller” cheaper unit. Then the manager dropped my rate back to normal and called to ask me to take down review. Which I happily did. Now it’s the next month, and he raised it back up AGAIN!!! People you need to watch your bill. This place is a BAIT AMD SWITCH. THEY ARE SCAMMING YOU…. Much cheaper down the street. I WILL BE CANCELING MY ACCOUNT…
