I will first say that I’ve had an excellent experience with the human beings. I have had the occasion to work with most recently, Irene and Irma and Earlier Joe. They are wonderful helpful people. I thing anyone considering the facility should a) know that the integration between online and in person is very very difficult - when you make an appointment to come see someone at the office, the message does not seem to get to the people at the location . After moving my belongings into storage, I met Irma—and she is absolutely the best. She is incredibly helpful, always goes out of her way, and genuinely looks for solutions. Based on my past experiences, I never imagined a storage facility could offer anything close to a “concierge” service, but Irma proved me wrong. She is an incredible asset to Public Storage and the reason visiting my storage unit is now a genuinely pleasant experience. I actually look forward to going, knowing Irma will be there!
