The U-Haul truck had come across country and we needed to find new place to store our belongings. Thank you Lilian. Keep up the great customer service! I highly recommend Public Storage for all your storage needs. Please ask for Lillian at the front desk. She is beyond helpful and will go the extra mile to help you. She helped answer so many questions I had and was willing to guide me with trouble I had on the P.S. app as well. She really is the best !
Irma made the rental experience easy and efficient. Her personality is so well suited for this position as talking with customers and explaining all the details of a rental can sometimes be confusing and laborious but easy with her. Irma is both patient and knowledgeable. I can't say enough how wonderful she was with my husband and myself as she walked us through the rental with ease!
My experience with Public Storage in Stamford, CT has been absolutely disgraceful from start to finish. I was hit with multiple rent increases despite being told my rent would not be increased. Good luck trying to get anyone on the phone, because the staff basically never picks up. I was also told I needed insurance, only to later find out the coverage was practically worthless: $250 in coverage with a $100 deductible, meaning it effectively covers only $150. Irma was a HUGE help to my mom, Cathy, as she was trying to set up a new storage unit. Irma made sure we all knew where the unit was and how best to access it, helped with the lock(s), and made sure we were well taken care of. The storage itself is perfectly fine, and is pretty easy to get in and out of.
