The manager here gave my personal information out to another customer at the storage unit which led to me getting harassing text and phone calls. Be careful renting here and giving them your information.
Had a very horrible experience with this people. First they set up direct deposit without my consent choose a date for me , added insurance without my consent and to make matters worst created an email account for me that I don’t even have access to. When I finally decided to move my property from them they quickly took out went to my account took out money before before the date I was told that I had to move my stuffs which is the 04/03 The experience with this storage place is zero to nothing. Today, March 24th, 2025, I received exceptional customer service. Lilian was incredibly helpful, understanding all my concerns and accommodating my needs. If I could give more than five stars, I would rate her a ten without hesitation.
Lillian was great in making my moving experience less stressful. She got me in the right size space with a great price. Very efficient and friendly
