This facility is very clean, cool, and the staff is amazing. Renada was such a huge help to me my first time being at this location in helping me find my way around and giving me information on my units. Love this location!
I highly recommend the Public Storage in Plano, Tx on Plano Parkway. The location is good for us, the monthly rental fee is very reasonable, and the building is very clean, well organized, and bright. My interactions with Nick were excellent. He helped me choose the right locker (5x15) and spent time showing me how to use the access code as well as the key system for our locker. He was very friendly and welcoming.
Renting procedure was so easy. Move in was so smooth. The employee, Cory, was so helpful, nice and informative.
