The facility is clean and there are multiple carts to use. A good amount of parking is available to load and unload, and there are multiple entrances from Coit or Plano Parkway. The facility climate control is better than at the last location I used, but the storage units don't go as high vertically as I've seen in other spaces, so you may need more like I did. The employee at the front desk was kind, and helpful, and was able to switch units for me easily.
